The Brand Kit lets you define your workspace’s visual identity. Once configured, your logo and brand colour are automatically applied to every new video — keeping all team output on-brand without any manual setup from individual members.
Only Owners and Admins can configure the Brand Kit.
Setting up your Brand Kit
Navigate to Settings → Brand Kit.
Auto-match from your website
Step 1: Enter your company’s website URL in the field at the top of the page.
Velo will pull your logo and brand color from the website automatically.
Manual setup
If you don’t have a website or prefer to set things manually, check I don’t have a website and configure the following:
Brand Logo — Select the upload icon on the Brand Logo tile and choose your logo file. Square images (256 × 256 px) work best.
Brand Color — Enter a hex code, or use the eyedropper on the Brand Color tile to pick one.
Step 2: Click Apply Brand Kit to save.
How it works
Once your Brand Kit is saved, it is automatically injected into every new chat session for all workspace members. Videos will include your logo and brand color by default.
Individual members can override the brand kit on a per-video basis in the editor if needed for a specific project.
