Plans and billing are managed at the workspace level. Navigate to Settings → Plans & Billing to view your current plan and manage billing.
This page covers classic Velo minutes. Prompt to Video draws from a separate credit pool — see Prompt to Video billing & credits.

Plans tab

The Plans tab shows your current plan and the upgrade options available. Each plan includes a set number of Velo minutes, seats, and features. See the Pricing page for a full comparison.

Click Upgrade to Pro or Upgrade to Ultra to switch plans.

Top-up tab

If you run out before your cycle resets, you can buy more from the Top-up tab. It has two sub-tabs — Velo minutes and Reach credits — because the two pools are metered separately.

Reach credits

Credits for Prompt to Video, sold in four packs:

An Order Summary shows the package, unit price, and total before you confirm. Click Top up account to complete the purchase — the balance is added to your workspace pool immediately and does not expire at the end of the cycle.

View and download past invoices for your workspace.

Add, update, or remove payment methods used for plan subscriptions and top-ups.
