After clicking the Upload PDFs & PNGs card, you’ll land on the file upload screen.
Adding your files
You can add files in two ways:
- Drag and drop - drag your files directly onto the upload area
- Click to browse - click the upload area to open your file picker and select files
You can upload multiple files at once. Velo accepts PDF, PNG, JPG, GIF, and WebP files - up to 10 files and 100 MB per file.
Once added, your files appear as a list in the upload panel. You can remove any file by clicking the × next to it before continuing.
File order
The order you upload your files is the order Velo will present them during the narration session. If you’re uploading a multi-page PDF, the pages will appear in sequence automatically. If you’re uploading individual images, arrange them in the order that matches your intended demo flow before uploading.
If you need to reorder files after uploading, remove them and re-add them in the correct order.
Continuing to narration
Once your files are uploaded and in the right order, click Continue. Velo will open the Assisted Recording modal to prepare your narration session.
